Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, contact us at support@schumacheragency.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 60 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
